依計畫內容本案報名截止日為11月6日，因各年級組尚有名額(低、中、高年級組至多錄取25名)，故將報名截止日延後至11月13日(星期五)。同時開放每校中、高年級組至多推薦2名，低年級組不限名額，依同時完成傳真與寄送核章電子掃描檔為優先順序，各組25名額滿即不再錄取。
